Laos seeks measurable progress on UXO clearance

Reporting on the opening of the Cluster Munitions Review Conference, Vientiane Times says Laos is calling for tangible results in clearance and support for victims. Delegates are considering a Vientiane Capital Action Plan for 2027–2031. This edition does not treat that proposed plan as already adopted.
