Dakcheung alumina project focuses on delivery and safeguards

The development

A Vientiane workshop examined environmental management, technical standards and workforce preparation for the Dakcheung bauxite and alumina project in Xekong. Reporting puts planned first-phase capacity at one million tonnes of alumina annually, with production scheduled for 2028. These are project plans, not operating output.
